Redundancy Compensation (new employer. An employee whose position of employment is to be terminated by reason of a redundancy arising from a reconstruction or a restructuring as defined in the preceding clause 27.9 shall be entitled to redundancy compensation from the employer, unless:  the employee is offered employment with the new employer on terms and conditions that are the same or more favourable than the employees existing terms and conditions with the employer;  the new employer has agreed to treat service as continuous for the employee.
