Common use of REEMPLOYED EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

REEMPLOYED EMPLOYEES. Employees reemployed within two (2) years after the termination of their employment due to a reduction in force or due to the expiration of a temporary contract may be placed on the appropriate salary schedule at a level higher than Step Eight if they are reemployed in the same or equivalent position.
