Support Personnel. All necessary support services, including, but not limited to, all ancillary staff necessary to hold the Event at the Arena, including ushers, doormen, emergency medical technicians (for patrons only), security guards and supervisors, change-over and set-up crew, facility manager, ticketing and ticket takers and box office services for the day or evening of each session of the Event thereto;

Support Personnel. Regular full-time support personnel may be permitted to attend meetings sponsored by professional organizations during normal work hours.
Support Personnel. The District, no later than June 1, shall give reasonable assurance of employment in writing to any support employee the District intends to employ for the subsequent fiscal year.
Support Personnel. Self-improvement courses which are completed by a support employee after employment on his/her own time and related to that specific employee’s job or preparation for promotion will be used for a salary adjustment if approved by the Director of Human Resources prior to enrollment. The Director of Human Resources will provide a completed approval form and designate acceptable evidence of completion. This salary adjustment will be effective the July 1st or March 1st subsequent to the filing of evidence of the successful completion of the required hours with the Director of Human Resources. One salary adjustment, as defined below will be granted to the employee for completion of 15 college hours, 225 clock hours or an equivalent combination of college and clock hours of approved courses. A maximum of five salary adjustments will be granted to support employees for completion of self-improvement courses. Salary adjustment for employees hired prior to July 1, 2001. Each salary adjustment will be equal to a step increment in the employee’s classification and will be paid as supplemental salary.
Support Personnel. When twelve (12) hour shifts are worked, the starting time for each shift shall be established within one (1) hour of 12:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., unless mutually agreed to the contrary by the parties. The pay for the first eight (8) hours of any twelve (12) hour shift, Monday through Friday, shall be paid at the regular hourly wage rate (1x), and time and one-half (1½) the regular hourly wage rate shall be paid for the balance of the shift.
Support Personnel. 1. Evaluation of employee performance will be conducted by an appropriate supervisor or administrator on at least one (1) occasion during the contract year. An employee will receive a written evaluation sheet after completion of the necessary evaluation activities. If the employee wishes to discuss the supervisory comments on the evaluation sheet, the employee should contact the immediate supervisor and make an appointment for said discussion. Any disagreements the employee has with the evaluation should be made known to the immediate supervisor during the conference.
Support Personnel. Panopto will assign support personnel responsible for providing Support Services to its customers generally. In addition, if, pursuant to an Order Form, Customer is entitled to 24x7 On-Call Support, 24x7 On-Call-Support will be provided to Customer by a third-party service provider and not Panopto, and Customer expressly consents to Panopto’s use of third-party service providers to provide such 24x7 On-Call Support. Panopto works with such third-party service provider to ensure that 24x7 On-Call Support is provided in a professional and workmanlike manner but does not assume liability to Customer for such 24x7 On-Call Support. For clarity, all Support Services delivered by Panopto and/or its third-party service providers will be in the English language.

Support Personnel. Support Personnel shall receive one and one half times (1 1/2) their regular salary for any time worked beyond their 40-hour workweek on those days when there is a shortage of personnel due to the unavailability of substitutes. In such cases, they shall receive additional salary rather than compensatory time.
