Reemployment After Normal or Alternative Normal Retirement. In the event that a Retired Participant 1) is reemployed with the Employer as an Eligible Employee (as defined in the Plan) after the Participant's Normal or Alternative Normal Retirement Date and after a Bona Fide Separation from Service, or 2) is reemployed with the Employer in an Ineligible Employee class, and subsequently again becomes an Eligible Employee (as defined in the Plan) due to the addition of such class to the Plan after the Participant's Normal or Alternative Normal Retirement Date, the following rule shall apply (check one): (a) The Participant's benefit shall be suspended in accordance with Section 6.06(a)(1) of the Basic Plan Document for as long as the Participant remains employed. (b) The Participant may continue to receive retirement benefits in accordance with Section 6.06(b) of the Basic Plan Document. This rule shall apply to (check one): all Retired Participants only the following classes of Retired Participants (must specify (specific positions are permissible; specific individuals may not be named) - benefits of those Retired Participants not listed shall be suspended in accordance with Section 6.06(a) of the Basic Plan Document if they return to work with the Employer): .
