MASTER CONTRACT INFORMATION Enterprise Services shall maintain and provide information regarding this Master Contract, including scope and pricing, to eligible Purchasers.
Contact Information 1. The contact information of the Programme Operator is as specified in this programme agreement.
Periodic Update of Contact Information The District shall provide CSEA with a list of all bargaining unit members’ names and contact information on the last working day of, January, May, and September. The information will be provided to CSEA via electronic mail. This contact information shall also include the following information, with each field listed in its own column:
Business Contact Information Each party consents to the other party using its Business Contact Information for contract management, payment processing, service offering, and business development purposes related to the Agreement and such other purposes as set out in the using party’s global data privacy policy (copies of which shall be made available upon request). For such purposes, and notwithstanding anything else set forth in the Agreement with respect to Client Personal Information in general, each party shall be considered a data controller with respect to the other party’s Business Contact Information and shall be entitled to transfer such information to any country where such party’s global organization operates. Accurate and Timely Contract Information Vendor warrants and represents that the website information specified in the above paragraph will be accurately and completely posted, maintained and displayed in an objective and timely manner. Vendor, at its own expense, shall correct any non- conforming or inaccurate information posted at Vendor’s website within ten (10) business days after written notification by DIR.
Project Information Except for confidential information designated by the City as information not to be shared, Consultant agrees to share Project information with, and to fully cooperate with, those corporations, firms, contractors, public utilities, governmental entities, and persons involved in or associated with the Project. No information, news, or press releases related to the Project, whether made to representatives of newspapers, magazines, or television and radio stations, shall be made without the written authorization of the City’s Project Manager.

Reference Materials The Board agrees to continue to make available to employees the reference materials maintained by the district. Principals are encouraged to provide additional reference materials of high use in schools where feasible.
User Information Any user or usage data or information collected via Station’s digital properties or related to Station’s digital properties, or any information collected from websites operated by Station’s affiliates under this Agreement, shall be the property of Station and/or such affiliates. Advertiser shall have no rights in such information by virtue of this Agreement.
