  • PRINTING OF THE AGREEMENT The Union and the Employer desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement, and his/her obligations under it. For the term of this Collective Agreement, the Union shall print sufficient copies of the Agreement and the costs shall be shared equally between the parties. In this Agreement including the printed form thereof, titles shall be descriptive only and shall form no part of the interpretation of the Agreement by the parties or an Arbitration Board.

  • Posting of the Agreement A copy of this Agreement shall be displayed in a conspicuous and convenient place at the workplace so as to be easily read by all employees.

  • Review of the Agreement Any amendment or review of this Agreement shall be by agreement in writing and in compliance with section 7.5 of the Act.

  • Renewal of the Agreement The Parties shall start the process for renewal of the agreement at least 60 days prior to the date of the expiry of the existing Interconnection Agreement. New Interconnection agreement shall be entered into before the expiry of the existing Interconnection Agreement. In case the parties fail to enter into a new Interconnection Agreement before the expiry of the existing agreement, ZEEL shall not make available Zee Group channels to the DTH Operator on the expiry of the existing Interconnection Agreement.
