Refusal to Cross Picket Lines. An employee who chooses not to cross a lawful picket line will not be disciplined or discriminated against. The employee will advise the employer immediately so that an alternative to providing the service can be determined by the employer. No employee covered by this Article may interfere with, slow down, or halt the operation of the Employer as a result of exercising his right under this clause. All employees shall cross a picket line which is declared illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction.
