Regional and Local Strategy. 3.2.1 In order to translate policy into practice, an interim Project Board, with representation from each of the mainland Boards, was established under the auspices of the North of Scotland Planning Group, to develop an Initial Agreement outlining the proposed approach to Tier 4 service provision for adolescents with severe and complex mental health disorders, in April 2007. 3.2.2 Key proposals submitted to and subsequently approved by NoSPG included: • The development of a regional, tier 4 inpatient facility; • The establishment of a regional Adolescent Mental Health Network; and • The establishment of an Interim Project Board with a remit to develop an Initial Agreement on the regional approach to Tier 4 service provision in the North of Scotland. 3.2.3 The Board subsequently approved the establishment of a Service Modelling and Workforce Planning Group to: • design, plan and commission new unit; • develop appropriate model of care; • develop regional network of Tier 4 services • develop clear pathway of care, with criteria for entry to regional adolescent unit; and • workforce plan to provide sustainable staffing model. 2 (2007) “Better Health, Better Care” December 0000, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx. RR Xxxxxxxx B539881 12/07 _ _ _ _ _ 3.2.4 Planning and development of local NHS Board area Tier 4 services will require a multi agency approach and particularly the involvement of Education and Social Work partners. 3.2.5 It is anticipated that existing joint and integrated planning arrangements for CAMHS will undertake this task in each local authority/board area. 3.2.6 The proposed development fits well with the Local Delivery Plans and the strategic plans of each of the NoS Boards.

  • Regional and Local Transmission The prices quoted in Exhibit A do not include current and future charges for distribution service costs collected by the Local Distributor under its distribution service tariff or local transmission costs as may be imposed by the regional power pool, ISO-NE, or individual electric utilities that have FERC transmission tariffs. Its Competitive Supplier understands that these costs will be collected by the Local Distributor. If, in the future, Competitive Supplier becomes responsible for such distribution or transmission costs, Competitive Supplier shall be entitled to collect such costs from Participating Consumers to the extent permitted by any Governmental Rules. These costs are “pass through” costs as determined by the appropriate regulatory agencies.

  • Sales and Marketing Subdistributor shall market, promote, and solicit orders for the Products to prospective and existing Customers (excluding the Excluded Customers) consistent with good business practice and the highest professional standards in the industry, in each case using its best efforts to maximize Product sales volume in the Territory in accordance with Distributor’s Product marketing strategies, channel and pricing guidelines, and sales policies, and in a manner that reflects favorably at all times on the Products and the good name, goodwill, and reputation of Distributor;

They agree that subject to curriculum guidelines and appropriate supervision by the teacher’s evaluator, the responsibility for teaching all appropriate material rests with the teacher. D. No student’s grade shall be changed without a conference between the student’s teacher and the administrator. After the conference, the teacher will be notified, in writing, of the administrator’s decision. In the event the student’s teacher is not available for a conference, the administrator will notify the teacher in writing of any changes in a grade.
