Registered Copy. After you have purchased the non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software, and subject to the terms of this XXXX, you are licensed to copy the Software only into the memory of the number of computers corresponding to the number of licenses purchased. Under no circumstances may the Software be operated at the same time on more than the number of computers for which you have paid a separate license fee. You may not duplicate the Software in whole or in part, except that you may make one copy of the Software for backup archival purposes. You may terminate this license at any time by destroying the original and all copies of the Software in whatever form. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this XXXX provided you transfer all copies of the Software (including copies of all prior versions if the Software is an upgrade) and retain none, and the recipient agrees to the terms of this XXXX. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this CLSSLA provided You transfer all copies of the Software (including copies of all prior versions if the Software is an upgrade) and retain none, and the recipient agrees to the terms of this CLSSLA.
Registered Copy. After Licensee has paid for the license for the Software and has received the serial number enabling the registered copy, Licensee is licensed to copy the Software onto its own server, on Amazon Web Service, Azure, or a platform agreed upon by Quantum. Licensee may then use within its company or market and sell subscriptions to its customers for as long as Licensee continues to pay the license fee as agreed upon in this Agreement. Licensee may terminate this license at any time by destroying the original and all copies of the Software in whatever form Licensee maintained it.

  • Registered Nurse Level 3 (RN3) An employee at this level may also be known as a Clinical Nurse Consultant, Nurse Manager or Nurse Educator. An employee appointed at this level: Holds any other qualification required for working in the employee’s particular practice setting; and is appointed as such by a selection process or by reclassification from a lower level when that the employee is required to perform the duties detailed in this subclause on a continuing basis. In addition to the duties of an RN2, an employee at this level will perform the following duties in accordance with practice settings and patient or client groups: Duties of a Clinical Nurse Consultant will substantially include, but are not confined to:  Providing leadership and role modelling, in collaboration with others including the Nurse Manager and the Nurse Educator, particularly in the areas of action research and quality assurance programs;  Staff and patient/client education; staff selection, management, development and appraisal; Participating in policy development and implementation;  Acting as a consultant on request in the employee’s own area of proficiency for the purpose of facilitating the provision of quality nursing care;  Delivering direct and comprehensive nursing care to a specific group of patients or clients with complex nursing care needs, in a particular area of nursing practice within a practice setting;  Coordinating, and ensuring the maintenance of standards of the nursing care of a specific group or population of patients or clients within a practice setting; and  Coordinating or managing nursing or multidisciplinary service teams providing acute nursing and community services. Duties of a Nurse Manager will substantially include, but are not confined to:  Providing leadership and role modelling, in collaboration with others Including the Clinical Nurse Consultant and the Nurse Educator, particularly in the areas of action research and quality assurance programs;  Staff selection and education; allocation and rostering of staff;  Occupational health;  Initiation and evaluation of research related to staff and resource management;  Participating in policy development and implementation;  Acting as a consultant on request in the employee’s own area of proficiency (for the purpose of facilitating the provision of quality nursing care);  Being accountable for the management of human and material resources within a specified span of control, including the development and evaluation of staffing methodologies; and  Managing financial matters, budget preparation and cost control in respect of nursing within that span of control. Duties of a Nurse Educator will substantially include, but are not confined to:  Providing leadership and role modelling, in collaboration with others including the Clinical Nurse Consultant and the Nurse Manager, particularly in the areas of action research;  Implementation and evaluation of staff education and development programs;  Staff selection;  Implementation and evaluation of patient or client education programs;

  • Register The Company shall maintain, at its principal executive offices (or such other office or agency of the Company as it may designate by notice to the holder hereof), a register for this Warrant, in which the Company shall record the name and address of the person in whose name this Warrant has been issued, as well as the name and address of each transferee and each prior owner of this Warrant.

  • Registered Nurses Requests for a different shift in the nurse's present unit should be submitted to the nurse's immediate supervisor in writing. Requests for transfer to another unit should be submitted on the University’s Employment Website. A good faith effort will be made to facilitate lateral transfers from one unit to another. The nurse's length of service shall be a consideration on transfer to a different shift or unit. Applications for promotions should be submitted on the University’s Employment Website during the period of official posting. Promotional openings will be posted for a minimum of seven calendar days in the unit, the Nursing and Outpatient Clinic Administrative Office and the Medical Centers Human Resources Office.

  • Registry Borrower hereby designates Lender to serve as Borrower’s agent, and Lender hereby designates Servicer to serve as its agent, solely for purposes of this Section 9.7, to maintain at one of its offices a copy of each Assignment and Acceptance delivered to it and a register for the recordation of the names and addresses of each Assignee, and the principal amount of the Loan (or portions thereof) owing to, each Lender pursuant to the terms hereof and the Note Sales Agreement from time to time (the “Register”). Failure to make any such recordation, or any error in such recordation shall not affect Borrower’s obligations in respect of the Loan. With respect to any Noteholder, the transfer of the rights to the principal of, and interest on, its interest in the Loan and a Note shall not be effective until such transfer is recorded on the Register maintained by Servicer with respect to ownership of such Loan and a Note and prior to such recordation all amounts owing to the transferor with respect to such Note shall remain owing to the transferor.   • Record The grid attached to any Note, or the continuation of such grid, or any other similar record, including computer records, maintained by the Agent with respect to any Loan referred to in such Note.

  • Abuse Registry The Contractor agrees not to employ any individual, use any volunteer, or otherwise provide reimbursement to any individual in the performance of services connected with this agreement, who provides care, custody, treatment, transportation, or supervision to children or vulnerable adults if there is a substantiation of abuse or neglect or exploitation against that individual. The Contractor will check the Adult Abuse Registry in the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living. Unless the Contractor holds a valid child care license or registration from the Division of Child Development, Department for Children and Families, the Contractor shall also check the Central Child Protection Registry. (See 33 V.S.A. §4919(a)(3) & 33 V.S.A. §6911(c)(3)).
