Registration and notice. The Parties will co-operate with each other with a view to reflecting the priority of the Security created pursuant to any Security Document in any register or with any filing or registration authority and in giving notice to any person of any of the Security created pursuant to any Security Document.

Priority for all moneys Subject to clause 4.5(c), the order and amount of priority established under this clause 4 operates in respect of all amounts received or realised by way of set off by the State or the Security Trustee on a realisation of any of the Securities. Marshalling of securities Neither the State nor the Security Trustee is obliged to marshal in favour of the other. If any of the Securities becomes unenforceable, each of the State and the Security Trustee may determine the extent (if any) to which it will have recourse to any of its Securities.

Registration and notice a) This Agreement constitutes both a covenant under s. 219 of the Land Title Act charging the Land and a housing agreement entered into pursuant to the University Endowment Land Act RSBC 1996 c.469.
b) The Crown may file a notice of this Housing Agreement in the Land Title Office as a notice against title to the Land and may similarly register the Section 219 Covenant as a charge against the Lands, both of which will have priority over all other charges of whatsoever nature except for those charges approved by the Crown.
c) This Agreement does not affect nor limit the discretion, right, duties or powers of the Crown under any enactment or at common law, including in relation to the use or subdivision of land, or impose on the Crown any legal duty or obligation, including any duty of care or contractual or other duty to enforce this Agreement.
d) This Agreement does not impose on the Crown any legal duty or obligation, including any duty of care or contractual or other legal duty or obligation, to enforce this Housing Agreement.
e) This Agreement does not affect or limit any enactment relating to the use or subdivision of land.
f) This Agreement does not relieve the Owner or Society from complying with any enactment, including in relation to the use or subdivision of land.
Registration and notice. The Agents will co-operate with each other with a view to reflecting the priority of the security conferred by the Security Documents in:
(a) any required registration of any Security Document; and
(b) giving any notice under the Security Documents.

(a) any registration of a Security Agreement; and
(b) any notice given under a Security Agreement, is consistent with the ranking of the Security under this Deed.

3.3.1 any registration of any Common or Shared Security Agreement; and
3.3.2 any notice given under any Common or Shared Security Agreement, is consistent with the pari passu ranking of the Security created by the Common or Shared Security Agreements under this Deed.
Registration and notice. (a) The Mortgagor hereby covenants and agrees that, on the date of this Agreement, it shall (i) through a Mexican notary public (notario público), file this Agreement for registration in the RUG and (ii) provide to the Mortgagee the bill of registration (boleta) evidencing that this Agreement has been duly recorded in the RUG. For such purposes, the notary public before which this Agreement is executed shall carry out any and all activities that may be necessary or convenient to obtain the registration of this Agreement in the RUG on the date hereof.
(b) The Mortgagor hereby covenants and agrees that, on the date hereof, it shall file this Agreement for registration in the Telecommunications Registry. The Mortgagor shall provide to the Mortgagee evidence that this Agreement has been duly recorded in the Telecommunications Registry within 90 (ninety) calendar days following the date of this Agreement.
(c) In addition, the Mortgagor agrees to execute and deliver all necessary documents and instruments to obtain the necessary consents, to translate the necessary documents, to notarize before any notary public any such document and to undertake any other action that may be necessary for the purpose of creating and maintaining the first priority Mortgage granted hereunder and to permit the Mortgagee the exercise of its rights under this Agreement.
