Common use of Registry Advisory Committee Clause in Contracts

Registry Advisory Committee. A. The Labor Management Committee shall serve as a Registry Advisory Committee for the purpose of jointly reviewing and discussing the Registry’s policies and procedures, offering advice and recommendations to the Public Authority. B. To assist the committee’s activities, the Public Authority shall, upon request share with the Union and the Committee the data with respect to the monthly volumes of Provider and Consumer participants, referrals and placements. The Public Authority shall also share with the Committee registry policies and procedures.
