Regular Holiday Compensation - 24 Hour Work Sites. Employees who work in a seven (7) day per week work site and work only on the Monday following the actual holiday shall receive eight (8) hours of straight time pay plus eight (8) hours accrual of floating holiday time. Employees who work both days shall receive premium compensation for Sunday only.
