Common use of Regular Position Vacancies Clause in Contracts

Regular Position Vacancies. The Court will post a notice of position vacancy for five (5) work days on the bulletin board provided for the Union’s use under this Agreement, setting forth the job classification, the position’s rate of pay and a brief description of the position’s required duties. The only exception to this provision shall be those position vacancies that are filled in accordance with the provisions of Article 11,
