Common use of Regular Rate of Pay Clause in Contracts

Regular Rate of Pay. The regular rate of pay is the Registered Nurse's hourly rate of pay, including shift differential but excluding the premium pays identified in Article 7 of this Agreement.

Regular Rate of Pay. Regular rate of pay means the nurse's base hourly rate in accordance with Section 1 of Appendix A, plus any wage adjustment earned in accordance with Section 2 of Appendix A. The regular rate of pay is includes an individual nurse’s shift differential as a component of the Registered Nurse's hourly regular rate of pay, including shift differential but excluding the premium pays identified in Article 7 of this Agreement.

Regular Rate of Pay. The A nurse’s regular rate of pay is shall be the Registered Nurse's hourly base rate of pay plus the certification pay, including degree premium and shift differential but excluding differentials for which the premium pays identified in Article 7 of this Agreementnurse is eligible, except for weekend premium.
