Regular Work Week. Forty (40) hours of work shall constitute a regular work week for Bargaining Unit members. Such hours may be scheduled in five (5) consecutive days of eight (8) consecutive hours per day, followed by two (2) consecutive days off. If the Employer decides to modify the schedule and/or add another/different combination of consecutive work days and consecutive days off, an advance notice of not less than thirty (30) days shall be given to the Bargaining Unit prior to the start of the next scheduled bid period.
