Common use of REHEARSAL BREAKS Clause in Contracts

REHEARSAL BREAKS. There shall be a break of ten minutes per hour of rehearsal, which time cannot be taken at the beginning or at the end of rehearsal, unless agreed to by the orchestra. There shall be a break after a maximum of one-and-one-half hours of rehearsal time.

REHEARSAL BREAKS. There During all rehearsals there shall be a break of not less than ten (10) minutes per hour of rehearsal, which time canhour. A rehearsal break shall not be taken at in the beginning first half (1/2) hour or at the end last half (1/2) hour of rehearsal, unless agreed to by the orchestra. There scheduled rehearsal and no rehearsal shall be continue for more than one and one- half (1 1/2) hours without a break after a maximum of one-and-one-half hours of rehearsal timebreak.
