Common use of Reimbursement for jury service Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement for jury service. A full-time or part-time employee required to attend for jury service during ordinary hours of work shall be reimbursed by the Company an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid in respect of their attendance for such jury service and the amount of wages they would have received in respect of their ordinary hours of work they would have worked had they not been on jury service.
