Reimbursement for jury service. An employee required to attend for jury service shall be reimbursed by the employer an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid in respect of the attendance for such jury service by the court and the amount of wages he/she would have received in respect of the ordinary time he/she would have worked had the employee not been on jury service.
