Common use of Reimbursement for Personal Property Damage Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement for Personal Property Damage. The Board shall reimburse teachers for the reasonable cost of any clothing or other personal property damaged or destroyed as a result of any assault suffered by (excluding motor vehicle) a teacher while the teacher was acting in the discharge of his/her duties within the scope of his/her employment.
