Reimbursement for Personal Property Damage. 1. An employee shall be reimbursed within the limits of C. below by the Board's insurance company or by the Board for the reasonable cost of any clothing or other personal property damaged or destroyed as a result of an assault suffered by an employee while employee was acting in the discharge of his/her duties within the scope of his employment. Each item for which compensation is requested must be reported to the building principal or immediate supervisor within three (3) days of the assault. This time limit must be met unless the employee is incapable of filing such report as a result of the assault.
