Reimbursement for Personal Property Damage. The employer shall reimburse employees for the reasonable cost of eyeglasses, dentures, or personal property damaged or destroyed while the employee is acting in the discharge of his/her duties within the scope of his/her employment. This provision does not apply to lost or stolen items.
