Reimbursement for Public Enhancements. The City agrees to make a grant from available TIF Proceeds to reimburse Redeveloper for the cost of the Public Enhancements, provided that the available TIF Proceeds amount shall not exceed $4,713,889.00, which is the estimated construction costs for the Public Enhancements. Upon completion of the Public Enhancements, the Redeveloper shall have the duty and responsibility to maintain and repair the Public Enhancements at its own cost and expense and no responsibility thereof shall accrue to the City. The Redeveloper shall not, except for ordinary or necessary maintenance, undertake or allow to be undertaken any changes to the façade of the Office Building or Parking Garage, including any of the following without the prior written consent of the City Director of the Urban Development Department: any material change in the façade the Office Building or Parking Garage including the alteration, partial removal, construction, remodeling or physical or structural change or change in color or surfacing with respect to the appearance or construction of the Office Building or Parking Garage; any significant reconstruction, repair, repainting or refinishing of the Façade Upgrades that alters its state from the Approved Plans, wear and tear excepted.

  • REIMBURSEMENT FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE In the event that an employee, required or authorized by his/her Agency/Department Head to use a private automobile on County business, while so using the automobile, should incur property damage to the employee's automobile through no negligence of the employee, and the employee is unable to recover the cost of such property damage from either his/her own insurance company or from any other driver, or other source, such costs shall be paid to such employee of the County, in a sum not exceeding $500, provided that any claims the employee may have against his/her insurance company or any third party have been litigated or settled, and provided further, that the employee is not found guilty of a violation of the California Vehicle Code or Penal Code in connection with the accident causing such damage. Employees shall submit proof of loss, damage or theft (i.e., appropriate police report and/or estimated statement of loss) to the Agency/Department Head within 30 days of such loss, damage or theft. Property damage or loss incurred to the private automobile while located on the street or at the parking facility serving the employee’s normal place of work shall not be compensated under this section, but property damage or loss incurred to the private automobile while located on the street or at the parking facility serving the employee’s County business destination shall be compensated as provided above.

  • Tuition Reimbursement Program 21.2.1 The District will fund $28,000 each fiscal year for incentive pay for employees pursuing their National Board Certification, a master’s degree, or an endorsement.

  • Payment of Extraordinary Education Related Expenses Section 5.1. PAYMENT OF EXTRAORDINARY EDUCATION-RELATED EXPENSES. In addition to the amounts determined pursuant to Articles IV and VI of this Agreement, Applicant on an annual basis shall also indemnify and reimburse District for all non-reimbursed costs, certified by the District’s external auditor to have been incurred by the District for extraordinary education-related expenses directly and solely related to the project that are not directly funded in state aid formulas, including expenses for the purchase of portable classrooms and the hiring of additional personnel to accommodate a temporary increase in student enrollment caused directly by such project.   • Initial Breakdown and Periodical Payments Each Application for Payment shall be submitted at least ten days before each payment falls due, and the Contractor shall, before the first application, shall submit to the Design Professional a Schedule of Values of the various parts of the work, including quantities, aggregating the total sum of the Contract, divided in the same manner set forth in the Application for Payment Form set forth in Section 7 showing the Contractor’s right to the payment claimed and so arranged and so itemized as to meet the approval of the Design Professional and, further, if requested, supported by such evidence as to its correctness as the Design Professional may direct.

  • Reimbursement for Services Rendered If this Agreement is held to be invalid for any reason, and the PRACTICE is required to refund fees paid by You, You agree to pay the PRACTICE an amount equal to the fair market value of the medical services You received during the time period for which the refunded fees were paid.
