Reimbursement for Unused Sick Leave upon Retirement. Upon retirement from the Board of Education of Queen Anne's County, the Board agrees to reimburse the unit member for his/her unused accumulated sick leave not credited by the Maryland State Retirement and Pension System towards retirement. The reimbursement shall be at the rate of 75.00 per day, not to exceed ten (10) days.
