Reimbursement of Engineer Expenses. Should the completion of a work order be delayed beyond the specified or adjusted time limit, Contractor shall reimburse the City for all expenses of engineering and inspection incurred by the City during the period between said specified or adjusted time and the actual date of final completion. All such expenses for engineering and inspection incurred by the City will be charged to Contractor and be deducted from payments due Contractor as provided by this Contract. Said expenses shall be further defined as engineer charges associated with the construction contract administration, including resident project representative costs. All such expenses shall be separate from and in addition to any Liquidated Damages as provided for in an applicable Work Order.

Reimbursable expenses will be invoiced monthly and shall be paid no later than thirty (30) days from Client’s receipt of Engineer’s invoice. Engineer shall provide to Client, at the time it submits its monthly invoice of reimbursable expenses, a good faith, non-binding estimate of the amount of reimbursable expenses to be incurred by Engineer in the next month under this Agreement.

  • Reimbursement Costs (a) The Borrower agrees to reimburse the Bank for any expenses it incurs in the preparation of this Agreement and any agreement or instrument required by this Agreement. Expenses include, but are not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees, including any allocated costs of the Bank’s in-house counsel to the extent permitted by applicable law.
