Date of Final Completion definition

Date of Final Completion shall be the date the HUD representative signs the final HUD Representative’s Trip Report (form HUD-95379) provided that the trip report is subsequently endorsed by the Construction Manager. The Latent Defects time frame for all work performed after the Date of Final Completion shall be extended twelve (12) months from the date any such work is completed.
Date of Final Completion means the date on which the Final Completion Certificate is issued by the Principal Agent appointed by the Grant Recipient or Developer, to certify that the Units (or any agreed number of the Units) are completed, and that they comply with all designs and specifications in accordance with the Approved Plans and are fully occupied by the Beneficiaries (in accordance with the Beneficiary mix as per the Approved Quick Scan C);
Date of Final Completion means the date stated in a Certificate of Final Completion approved and completed by the ALT in accordance with clause 11.4(b).

  • An item described herein as “defective” shall be deemed to be unsatisfactory, faulty, or deficient in that it does not conform to the requirements of the Contract Documents, or does not meet the requirements of any inspection, reference standard, test, or approval referred to in the Contract Documents, or has been damaged prior to the Date of Final Completion of the Work (unless responsibility for the protection thereof has been assumed by the Owner as of an earlier date).

  • Contractor shall maintain such insurance in identical coverage, form and amount, including required endorsements, for at least three (3) years following Date of Final Completion of the Work to be performed under the Contract.

  • With the approval of the Owner, the CM/GC shall be entitled to take alternative prices as it deems necessary to advance the Work and by the stated Date of Final Completion.

  • CM/GC shall be entitled to an extension of the Date of Final Completion but not an increase in any component of the Guaranteed Maximum Price by reason of its rejection of a proposed Construction Document Change Order under this Paragraph or by reason of any redesign by the Design Professional required under this Paragraph.

  • With the approval of the Owner, the Design-Builder shall be entitled to take alternative prices as it deems necessary to advance the Work and by the stated Date of Final Completion.


More Definitions of Date of Final Completion

Date of Final Completion means the date on which the Contractor is required to achieve Final Completion as set forth in Article 3 of the Agreement, as may be modified pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
