Reinitiated Debits. If an electronic debit from my Designated External Bank Account is rejected or otherwise returned unpaid, I authorize RHY to reinitiate the debit in accordance with applicable laws and payment network rules. I understand and agree that RHY has no obligation to reinitiate a debit and that XXX may choose whether to reinitiate a debit in its sole discretion.

Reinitiated Debits. If a debit from an Account is rejected or otherwise returned unpaid (including in the event of a Failed Debit), You authorize Robinhood to reinitiate the debit in accordance with applicable laws and payment network rules. You understand and agree that Robinhood has no obligation to reinitiate a debit before attempting to debit the Back-Up Account and that Robinhood may choose whether to reinitiate a debit in its sole discretion.

  • Other Payroll Deductions In addition to the above, the City will deduct from an employee's payroll check, upon authorization by the employee, amounts payable to causes or organizations selected by the Union. At any one time, no more than ten (10) such causes or organizations may be identified by the Union as authorized to benefit from such payroll deductions unless otherwise authorized by the City in its sole discretion. The Union will notify the City of the causes and organizations to be so authorized. Payroll deductions shall be governed by the ability of the City Auditor's payroll system to handle same.
