Reinstatement for Just Cause. If, as a result of the Grievance Procedure, it is found that an employee has been discharged for unjust cause, that employee will be reinstated to his/her former position, with no loss of seniority, or benefits, and compensation for all time lost retroactive to the date of discharge.
