Pay for Attending Meetings. The Employer shall endeavour to schedule all meetings between the Employer and the Grievance Committee in accordance with Article 8 and all Management-Association Committee and Occupational Health and Safety Committee meetings during the scheduled working hours of the Committee members. When an employee Committee member attends such meetings, such employee will be compensated for the time so taken during regular working hours at her regular rate of pay. All time spent by an employee Committee member outside regular working hours in such meetings will be compensated at the employee's regular rate.
