Rejection of Submissions. The Department may reject: (1) any information submitted after the deadlines set forth in the Agreement; (2) any submission that does not comply with the filing, format, translation, service, and certification of documents requirements under 19 CFR 351.303; (3) submissions that do not comply with the procedures for establishing business proprietary treatment under 19 CFR 351.304; and (4) submissions that do not comply with any other applicable regulations, as appropriate. If information is not submitted in a complete and timely fashion or is not fully verifiable, the Department may use facts otherwise available for the basis of its decision, as it determines appropriate, consistent with section 776 of the Act.

Rejection of Submissions. The Department may reject any information submitted after the deadlines set forth in this section or any information which it is unable to verify to its satisfaction. If information is not submitted in a complete and timely fashion or is not fully verifiable, the Department may calculate normal value (NV), and/or U.S. price based on facts otherwise available, as it determines appropriate, unless the Department determines that section F of this Agreement applies.

Rejection of Submissions. The Authority reserves the right, in its sole discretion: A. To cancel this solicitation or reject all submissions. B. To reject submissions that fail to prove the Offeror’s responsibility or access to capital. C. To reject submissions that contain conditions and/or contingencies that in the Authority’s sole judgment, make the submission indefinite, incomplete, otherwise non- responsive, or otherwise unacceptable to the Authority. D. To waive minor irregularities in any submission provided such waiver does not result in an unfair advantage to any Offeror. E. To take any other action within the applicable Procurement Regulations or law. F. To reject the submission of any Offeror that has submitted a false or misleading statement, affidavit or certification in connection with such submission or this Request for Proposals.

  • Timeliness of Submitting Orders You are obliged to date and indicate the time of receipt of all orders you receive from your customers and to transmit promptly all orders to us in time to provide for processing at the price next determined after receipt by you, in accordance with the Prospectuses.   • Auction Schedule; Method of Submission of Orders (a) The Funds and the Auction Agent shall conduct Auctions for each series of Preferred Shares in accordance with the schedule set forth below.   • DISCONNECTION OF SUPPLY 14.1 When can we arrange for disconnection? (a) you do not pay your bill by the pay-by date and, if you are a residential customer, you: (i) fail to comply with the terms of an agreed payment plan; or (ii) do not agree to an offer to pay the bill by instalments, or having agreed, you fail to comply with the instalment arrangement; (b) you do not provide a security deposit we are entitled to require from you; or (c) you do not give access to your premises to read a meter (where relevant) for 3 consecutive meter reads; or (d) you fail to give us safe and unhindered access to the premises as required by clause 11 or any requirements under the energy laws; or (e) there has been illegal or fraudulent use of energy at your premises in breach of clause 16 of this contract; or (f) we are otherwise entitled or required to do so under the Rules or by law.

  • Application Submission Submissions of a rental application does not guarantee approval or acceptance. It does not bind us to accept the application or to sign a Lease contact.

  • Removal of Materials If you decide you would like to remove your Materials from the Service, you may provide written notice to Prime Publishing by either deleting the image through the Prime Publishing interface or by contacting Prime Publishing customer service, and Prime Publishing will remove such Materials from the Service within a reasonable period of time. 5) License for Name, Trademarks and Likenesses.
