Related Services Report. The Company shall submit to the Commissioner a list of all Cable Services owned, controlled or operated, in whole or in part (excluding interests of less than ten percent (10%)), by the Company or any Affiliated Person (other than local origination services to Cable Communications Systems outside the City). The first such report shall be submitted no later than the Closing and shall be updated annually as of the end of each calendar year and submitted no later than June 1 of the next calendar year. Such updated report shall indicate any such Cable Service which is discontinued, any new Cable Service which is added, or any change in the extent of any of the Company's or any Affiliated Person's ownership interest in Control of any such Service. The Commissioner may permit the Company to exclude information that would otherwise be required, upon a showing by the Company that inclusion of such information would be excessively burdensome in comparison to the relevance of the information.

  • Sales Reports On or before the twentieth (20th) day of each calendar month after the First Month, Tenant shall submit to City a report (the “Sales Report”) showing all Gross Revenues achieved with respect to the prior month by location, segregated by each source or general type of article sold or service rendered. Such report shall be certified as being true and correct by Tenant and shall otherwise be in form and substance satisfactory to Director. As described below, City shall have the right, in addition to all other rights herein, to impose a fine in the event Tenant shall fail to submit such Sales Report timely.

  • Related Services Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining and installing all proper hardware and support software (including operating systems) and for proper installation and implementation of and training concerning the Licensed Software.
