Relationship to Modern Award. It is the intention of the parties to this Agreement that it will replace all terms and conditions of any applicable Award/s, Industrial Agreement or Industrial Instrument or any variations thereto (“NES”).
Relationship to Modern Award. 4.1. This Agreement incorporates the Building and Construction General On-site Award 2020 (Award) as varied from time to time. Where a term of this Agreement is inconsistent with the Award, the Agreement will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
Relationship to Modern Award. 4.1 The provisions of the Joinery and Building Trades Award 2020 as varied from time to time (“Award”) which are set out in Appendix C of this Agreement are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement (“Incorporated Terms”).
Relationship to Modern Award. 5.1. The terms and conditions of this Agreement are based on the terms of the Amusement, Events and Recreation Award 2020 (the Award), but those terms are not incorporated into this Agreement.
