Industrial Instrument definition

Industrial Instrument means an award or agreement however designated that is made under or recognised by an industrial law of the Commonwealth or a State and deals with the relationship of an employer and the employees of the employer.

Industrial Instrument means an instrument in force under a law of the Commonwealth or the State/Territory that regulates workplace relations and prescribes terms and conditions of employment between employers and employees including, but not limited to, an award or agreement made under the Commonwealth Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and an award or agreement made by a relevant State/Territory industrial tribunal or court. Migration Act means the Migration Act .
