RELATIONSHIP TO NATIONAL EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS. 6.1 Nothing in this Agreement will operate to provide a less favorable outcome for Employees in a respect than that provided by the NES. 6.2 Employee entitlements under this Agreement: a) apply unless a superior condition applies in accordance with the NES; and b) are provided in satisfaction of, and not in addition to, entitlements under the NES.
