RELATIONSHIP TO PARENT AWARD AND AGREEMENTS. 6.1 The Electrical, Electronic and Communication Contracting Industry (State) Award (the ‘Parent Award’) as varied from time to time shall be read in conjunction with this Award.
RELATIONSHIP TO PARENT AWARD AND AGREEMENTS. 6.1 The Metal, Industries Award 2010 as varied from time to time is the parent award and shall be be incorporated with this agreement .
RELATIONSHIP TO PARENT AWARD AND AGREEMENTS. This Agreement shall be read and interpreted wholly in conjunction with the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries (State) Award (The Award), provided that where there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and The Award, this Agreement shall take precedence to the extent of the inconsistency. The terms and conditions of The Award, as at the date of certification, shall be preserved until the nominal expiry date of this Agreement. Any variations to The Award occurring during this period may be implemented by consultation and mutual consent.

  • Relationship to Parent Award This Agreement incorporates all the terms and conditions of the Award (AW825280CAV) as at 10 April 2006 with the exception of clauses 13, 16.2.1, 22.3.4, 22.3.5, 37.6 and 40.3. Where there is inconsistency between the Award and this Agreement, the latter will prevail but only to the extent of the inconsistency.

  • Relationship to the Award This Agreement shall form the complete agreement covering all terms and conditions of employment. It shall operate to the exclusion of any and all awards and supersedes any previous arrangements or agreements.

  • RELATIONSHIP TO AWARDS This Agreement operates to the complete exclusion of all Awards which would otherwise apply to any of the Employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Relationship to Award 2.1 This Agreement incorporates those terms of the National Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Industry Award 1998 as at December 2005 (as amended) that are set out in Appendix K. A reference in this Agreement to the “Award” means the Award terms as set out in Appendix K.

  • District’s Evaluation of Consultant and Consultant’s Employees and/or Subcontractors The District may evaluate the Consultant in any way the District is entitled pursuant to applicable law. The District’s evaluation may include, without limitation:

You also agree that if you have any problems with Mobile Banking, you will contact us directly.

  • Previous Employment PROVIDER acknowledges and understands that Section 2252.901, Texas Government Code, prohibits A&M System from using state appropriated funds to enter into any employment contract, consulting contract, or professional services contract with any individual who has been previously employed, as an employee, by the agency within the past twelve (12) months. If PROVIDER is an individual, by signing this Agreement, PROVIDER certifies that Section 2252.901, Texas Government Code, does not prohibit the use of state appropriated funds for satisfying the payment obligations herein.
