RELATIONSHIP TO POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. This Agreement requires the employees to perform their duties in accordance with the policies and procedures determined by the employer, in place and as varied from time to time. This Agreement does not incorporate or otherwise include as terms of this Agreement any such policy or procedure and does not affect the employer’s ability to vary, revoke or establish any such policy or procedure from time to time.
