New Policies definition

New Policies has the meaning set forth in the Reinsurance Agreement.
New Policies means group indemnity dental insurance policies and group prepaid managed dental care contracts that may be issued by Ceding Company as required under Section 3.6. New Policies will only be issued on the forms and in those states set forth in Exhibit C.

Examples of New Policies in a sentence

  • All costs and expenses associated with the reinstatement, reissuance or issuance of New Policies shall be borne by the Administrator, without duplication of amounts payable under the Reinsurance Agreement.

  • In marketing New Policies as permitted under this Agreement, Reinsurer may use only those marketing materials approved for use by Ceding Company at the Effective Time or that may be approved by Ceding Company after the Effective Time at the request of Reinsurer, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

  • Reinsurer will provide and maintain all documentation related to the appointment of agents in connection with the sale or issue of New Policies.


More Definitions of New Policies

New Policies means any and all binders, endorsements, riders, policies, certificates, and contracts of insurance, supplementary contracts of insurance and annuity contracts issued or renewed on or after the Effective Time by Reinsurer as Administrator in accordance with Section 2.1(b) hereof, Section 3.8 of the Administrative Services Agreement or Section 5.14 of the Master Agreement.
New Policies shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.
New Policies means the OneBeacon New Policies, the OA/NP New Policies and the IMOW New Policies, collectively.
New Policies shall have the meaning set forth in the New Business Reinsurance Agreement.
New Policies means policies written on or after the Reference Date for a Series of Extraordinary Assessments. Despite the foregoing, a renewal of a previously existing group life and health policy after the Reference Date will not be considered to be a new policy. For greater certainty:

Obligation shall mean any debt, liability or obligation of any nature, whether secured, unsecured, recourse, nonrecourse, liquidated, unliquidated, accrued, absolute, fixed, contingent, ascertained, unascertained, known, unknown or otherwise. Offer shall have the meaning set forth in the Background section of this Agreement.
New Policies. If SDNP introduces new SDNP Policies or makes changes to any existing SDNP Policies, then the Registrar must comply with those new or changed SDNP Policies as soon as practicable, but in any event within 7 days after SDNP notifies the Registrar of the new or changed SDNP Policies.
