Relationship with the Award. 6.1 This Agreement shall be read and interpreted wholly in conjunction with the Award. 6.2 This Agreement shall not affect the payment of Award based increases and there shall be no absorption of such increases for the purposes of this Agreement. 6.3 In the event of any inconsistency between the Award and this Agreement, the Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency. 6.4 Where this Agreement is silent the Award shall prevail.

Relationship with the Award. This Agreement shall not affect the payment of future Award based increases and there shall be no absorption of such increases for the purposes of this Agreement.

Allowances and other money amounts detailed in this Agreement shall be increased consistent with movements in the Award. 6.3 In the event of any inconsistency between the Award and this Agreement, the Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency. 6.4 Where this Agreement is silent the Award shall prevail.

Where there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Award, the Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency. 5.3. Where the Agreement is silent the Award shall apply.

Relationship with the Award. 6.1 This Agreement shall wholly replace the Award and shall provide the basis for determining the rates of pay and conditions of employment of employees employed by Council in the Kimbriki Centre under the terms of this agreement. 6.2 Increases in the basic rates of pay and allowances which occur both in the Award and Agreement shall be reflected by increases in this Agreement. Such increases shall be of the same quantum and operative on the same date as increases in the Award. 6.3 Any increases prescribed by this Agreement shall be in addition to increases that flow from variations to the Award.

Relationship with the Award. ‌ 7.1 This Agreement will wholly replace the Award and/or any other applicable award or Enterprise Agreement and will provide the basis for determining the rates of pay, terms and conditions of employment of employees employed by KEE in the classifications set out in this Agreement. The Award is not otherwise incorporated into this Agreement. 7.2 Changes to the basic rates of pay and allowances which occur in the Award will be reflected in this Agreement. Such changes will be of the same quantum and operative on the same date as in the Award. 7.3 Any increases prescribed by this Agreement will be in addition to increases in the Award in accordance with sub-clause 7.2 of this Agreement.

Relationship with the Award. On all matters not covered by this Agreement or the National Employment Standards (NES), the appropriate conditions contained in the Banking, Finance and Insurance Award 2020 (BFIA), as amended, shall apply. Provided that where there is any inconsistency between a provision in this agreement and a provision in the BFIA, the provision in this Agreement shall apply to the extent of the inconsistency.

Relationship with the Award. Where any provision of this Agreement deals with the same matters provided for in the Award, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail. Where the Agreement is silent, the terms of the Storemen and Packers General (State) Award shall apply.
