The Municipality will cooperate with VESI and provide appropriate authorization and documentation to enable the Local Utility to release to VESI the applicable and necessary Load Forecast Information and Customer data from the Local Utility, including for customers moving into or within the Municipality’s corporate limits as they are as of the date of this agreement or as they may change from time to time during the term hereof. VESI shall use all such information solely in connection with its service to the Governmental Aggregation.
