Release of Road Restoration Obligations. By accepting the State's road life consumed and maintenance payment plan and total payment amount, the City releases the State of its obligation, under Minnesota Statutes § 161.25, to restore the City streets used as a T.H. 59 detour to as good condition as they were before designation as temporary trunk highways.

Release of Road Restoration Obligations. By accepting the State's total additional maintenance payment amount, the Township releases the State of any claim or obligation, under Minnesota Statutes § 161.25, to restore Township Road No. Xxxx Avenue South to as good of condition as before being used as an unofficial T.H. 95 detour, or of any other claim against the State arising out of this Project.

  • Post-Termination Obligations All payments and benefits to Executive under this Agreement shall be subject to Executive's compliance with this Section 9 for one (1) full year after the earlier of the expiration of this Agreement or termination of Executive's employment with the Holding Company. Executive shall, upon reasonable notice, furnish such information and assistance to the Holding Company as may reasonably be required by the Holding Company in connection with any litigation in which it or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates is, or may become, a party.

  • Release of Liability Any one or more parties liable upon or in respect of this Agreement may be released without affecting the liability of any party not so released.
