Release Time and Facilities a. CSN Administration shall support NFA leadership and other enrolled members appointed to NFA committees and other service roles to utilize the five (5) hours per week on average for professional development or college/service, as outlined in the Faculty Workload Policy, for the purposes of conducting NFA business including, but not limited to, contract development and administration, and participation in the governance of NFA and AAUP. b. For the semester prior to the expiration of the Agreement, CSN Administration shall support NFA leadership and enrolled members to utilize the five (5) hours per week on average for professional development or college/service, as outlined in the Faculty Workload Policy for preparation for and attendance at negotiation sessions. c. NFA shall post online as a matter of public record the names of members serving leadership and other roles, including but not limited to Chapter President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and bargaining team members as elected by NFA membership and/or appointed by the NFA Chapter President. CSN Administration will make available a CSN-NFA page on the college website to support this publication. NFA members may report, at their discretion, their NFA-related service activities associated with Sections 3.a and 3.b. for the purposes of faculty evaluation or tenure application. d. NFA will request use of a conference room on Charleston, North Las Vegas and Henderson campuses through the appropriate process for reserving space.

  • Office Space and Facilities The Adviser will arrange to furnish the Trust office space in the offices of the Adviser, or in such other place or places as may be agreed upon from time to time, and all necessary office facilities, simple business equipment, supplies, utilities and telephone service required for managing the investments of the Trust.

  • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.

  • Meeting Space and Facilities The Employer’s offices and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings, subject to the agency’s policy, availability of the space and with prior authorization of the Employer.

  • Office Space, Equipment and Facilities Provide such office space, office equipment and office facilities as are adequate to fulfill the Adviser’s obligations hereunder.

  • Access to the Premises Except as provided by local ordinance, after a good faith effort to give notice, the Lessor, its agents or employees shall have access at all reasonable hours to the leased premises for the purpose of examining or exhibiting the premises to prospective buyers or prospective residents, or for making alterations or repairs on the premises which the Lessor deems necessary. Lessor shall have access at all reasonable hours to perform Lessee requested repairs, unless indicated to the contrary by Lessee. In the event of an emergency, Lessor, its agents or employees shall have immediate access without notice.

  • The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for: (a) acquiring and providing Right of Way on the Site in accordance with the alignment finalised by the Authority, free from all encroachments and encumbrances, and free access thereto for the execution of this Agreement; and (b) obtaining licences and permits for environment clearance for the Project Highway.

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to ICG.

  • BUYER'S FACILITIES 1. Buyer will maintain at its own expense facilities from the delivery point to the point of use and the burners and equipment for using gas, and Buyer will at all times keep gas-using equipment on said premises in a condition conforming with such reasonable rules and regulations as may be prescribed therefore by regulatory authority having jurisdiction thereover and with the requirements of any valid law thereto appertaining. In the event that rules are not prescribed by a regulatory authority, Buyer will abide by codes as used in the gas industry. 2. Seller shall not approve sale of gas on an interruptible basis to Buyer until and unless Seller is satisfied that Buyer has, or will, install adequate stand-by facilities to meet its full fuel requirements during periods of sustained interruptions. 3. Seller shall not approve sales of gas to Buyer unless Seller is satisfied that Buyer has not, or will not interconnect downstream fuel piping of natural gas for use in different priority-of• service categories.

  • Personnel, Office Space, and Facilities of Manager The Manager at its own expense shall furnish or provide and pay the cost of such office space, office equipment, office personnel, and office services as the Manager requires in the performance of its investment advisory and other obligations under this Agreement.

  • Office and Facilities The Executive shall be provided with appropriate offices and with such secretarial and other support facilities as are commensurate with the Executive's status with the Company and adequate for the performance of the Executive's duties hereunder.
