Contract Development. 30. The work of the Negotiation team consists of all agreements reached by the large group. It includes the Memorandum of Understanding and any addenda, continuing committee charges, or other items directed by the large group.
Contract Development. 1.1 Develop and manage all aspects of the procurement process in line with State Supply Commission polices including the development of contract specifications and contract documentation.
Contract Development. (a) The SPONSOR shall, by contract or with its own forces, be responsible for preparation of all plans, specifications and estimates ("P.S.&E.") for the Project. The DEPARTMENT's list of the essential documents to be prepared by the SPONSOR, entitled “Plans, Specifications, Estimates and Bid Proposal Package,” is attached to and made part of this Agreement as Exhibit “B.” All work shall be in conformance with applicable state and federal laws and requirements, including, but not limited to, those outlined in the Federal-Aid Policy Guide, Chapter I, Subchapter G and the most current version of the Stewardship and Oversight Agreement between the DEPARTMENT and the FHWA. Contract Development. In 3rd party contract development situations involving the SDK, the owner of any resulting SDK-compiled application must be SDK licensed.
Contract Development. (a) The SPONSOR, by contract or with its own forces, shall be responsible for all work involved with contract development, including preparation of all plans, specifications, estimates (―PS&E‖) and bid proposal documents required to bid the Project. Exhibit ―B,‖ attached to and made a part of this Agreement, lists the documents that may be required for the bid proposal. All work shall conform with applicable state laws and requirements including, but not limited to, those outlined in the most current version of Publication 9.
Contract Development. Consults with contract stakeholders and leads the process of development of procurement strategies, contract objectives, scope, procurement timeframes, benchmarks for evaluation, and other contractual terms. • Oversees and develops complex contracts, ensuring stakeholder management is maintained throughout the various stages of the procurement process, and in accordance with the WA health system’s relevant Authorisation Schedules and WA Government procurement policies and guidelines. Contract Management: • Manages contracts under assigned categories as per the current Contract management guidelines and/or as directed by the Manager, Category • Coordinates and manages contract life cycle, i.e. initiates reviews and liaises with stakeholders with regard to the contract’s effectiveness; both cost and performance. • Ensures purchases under the respective contract reflect agreed contract terms. • Undertakes or participates in discussions with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve problems associated with the execution and/or management of contracts. • Monitors and evaluates vendor performance against contract deliverables and agreed service levels to ensure contract compliance. • Evaluates variation proposals and interpretations of contract terms and provides appropriate recommendations to the relevant stakeholders. Risk Management: • Identifies risks or issues arising from contracts and assists with mitigation and dispute resolution where required. • Assist internal and external stakeholders with the evaluation of contracts. • Assist with ongoing budget requirements with respect to contract expenditure. • Liaise with the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO), as required, on the implementation of policies regarding the procurement process. • Provide advice and assistance regarding procurement and contract management.
Contract Development. 3.1 Undertakes procurement of and variations to contracts and directs and manages staff in relation to: • Identification of client needs and the development of provision options, includingclinical services. • Conducting cost-benefit analyses. • The procurement process including: procurement planning, scope development, tender documentation, evaluation process, contract formation and implementation. • Monitoring compliance with contractual and procurement policy requirements. • Directing and participating and supporting a range of negotiating teams in the negotiation process.
Contract Development. 1.1 Develops contract specifications and contract documentation for allocated contracts in accordance with all applicable Acts, Regulations and Standards and NMHS requirements.
Contract Development. 17.1. During the first year of the contract, the successful contractor will be required to provide a service in-line with the specification issued with the tender.
