Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the Association’s Prior Review. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.
Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the Bank’s Prior Review. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.
Deadlines for Providing Insurance Documents after Renewal or Upon Request As set forth herein, certain insurance documents must be provided to the OGS Procurement Services contact identified in the Contract Award Notice after renewal or upon request. This requirement means that the Contractor shall provide the applicable insurance document to OGS as soon as possible but in no event later than the following time periods: For certificates of insurance: 5 business days For information on self-insurance or self-retention programs: 15 calendar days For other requested documentation evidencing coverage: 15 calendar days For additional insured and waiver of subrogation endorsements: 30 calendar days Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Contractor shall have promptly requested the insurance documents from its broker or insurer and shall have thereafter diligently taken all steps necessary to obtain such documents from its insurer and submit them to OGS, OGS shall extend the time period for a reasonable period under the circumstances, but in no event shall the extension exceed 30 calendar days.
CREDIT FOR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE All employees shall be classified according to previous comparable supermarket experience. Previous comparable experience shall be granted on the following basis:
Conclusion of the contract 1. An Agreement is deemed to be concluded with the Contractor only after the Principal accepts an offer by the Contractor without reservations or if the Principal receives a written order confirmation from the Contractor or if the Contractor commences the provision of the service. If the Contractor issues a written order confirmation, such order confirmation is decisive in terms of content and scope of the Agreement unless expressly negotiated otherwise.
Advance Directives When applicable, Provider shall comply with the advance directives requirements for hospitals, nursing facilities, providers of home and health care and personal care services, hospices, and HMOs as specified in 42 CFR Part 489, subpart I, 42 CFR § 417.436(d), 42 CFR § 422.128, and 42 CFR 438.3(i).
Written Decisions Decisions rendered at Level One which are unsatisfactory to the aggrieved person and all decisions rendered at Levels Two and Three of the grievance procedure shall be in writing setting forth the decision and the reasons therefore, and shall be transmitted promptly to all parties in interest and to the Association.
