Relief RN Staff Nurse Team Lead. A nurse who is assigned, on a temporary basis, to perform the duties of an RN Staff Nurse Team Lead. The Employer may assign a Relief RN Staff Nurse Team Lead for each shift in the following units: Acute Care Unit (“ACU”), Surgical Services, Oncology Department and Emergency Department (ED). In addition, the Employer may assign Relief RN Staff Nurse Team Lead responsibilities to nurses in other units based on its assessment of patient care needs and the operating needs of the unit.
