Team Lead. 40.1 Team Leads shall be paid a bonus of $1.20 per hour over their own classification rate or over the highest paid employee on their crew, whichever is greater. No Team Lead shall have the same employee(s), within a group, as another Team Lead on the same shift.

Team Lead. Team Lead responsibilities and the contractor who will perform as the Team Lead was specified. If the Team Lead will change throughout the BPA performance period, the CTA described the reasons for such changes and how the Team Lead will be designated during BPA performance. The CTA identified an alternate Team Lead.
Team Lead. The scope of the Team Lead classification will be an appointed position by the Company. Team Leads will lead associates in the Production, Shipping, Sanitation and Maintenance departments ensuring safety, performance, training, quality and housekeeping are of high standards. The Team Lead will report directly to the Supervisor, bringing forward issues as required and at no time will the Team Lead be expected to directly discipline an associate. Team Leads will be made aware of situations that could be potential conflicts of interest. To the extent that Team Leads assist with departmental scheduling, they will not be permitted to manipulate schedules for their own personal benefit or gain (i.e. better hours, overtime). The Company will retain the uncontested right to appoint Team Leads as required. The Company’s judgement of merit, skill and ability shall include, but is not limited to, such considerations as;
Team Lead. 10.01 For purposes of appointment to Team Leader roles with the Team Lead hourly premium, the job posting clause does not apply however, the Company will post a notice inviting interested seniority employees to apply. In making the decision, the Company will consider seniority along with other factors in making the selection. The Team Lead shall receive a premium of 8.75% per hour above the Production Team Member rate for the duration of their appointment.
Team Lead. Team Leads do not receive additional pay beyond their class rate, and shall be limited in their scope of responsibility to the routine work that is equivalent to other co- workers while performing additional duties as a mentor and directing work for team members. Team Leads may serve as a project leader and may assign and review work being performed by team members. A Team Lead may not perform supervisory duties regarding hiring, firing, or disciplinary actions; they may provide background and personal observation, input and information necessary for the Manager to make supervisory decisions. The Manager is ultimately responsible for the final evaluation or disciplinary action of a team employee.
Team Lead. The Employer in its sole discretion determines when a Team Leader is appropriate to any work group. A Team Leader shall be compensated at a rate of one dollar ($1.00) per hour above his/her base rate, if the Team Leader is in the same job classification of those employees over which she/he leads. Selection of the team leader shall be based upon qualifications as determined by the Employer. The Employer may remove a team leader from the position at any time, or an employee may choose to resign from the team leader position with one schedule’s notice.

Team Lead. A team leader shall be defined as a bargaining unit member who, in addition to his regular duties, may direct the work of other bargaining unit employees and perform related administrative duties.
