RELIEVING RATES OF PAY/TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS. 11.01 Any employee relieving a person outside the scope of this Agreement, for the purposes of vacations, sick leave, leaves of absence, for a minimum of one (1) week, shall receive a minimum of one dollar and fifty ($1.50) cents per hour, in addition to their regular hourly rate for all time so employed. The relieving rates shall only apply to the positions of Front Store Manager, Cosmetics Manager, Cashier Manager, Post Office Manager, and Photo-Lab Manager. Relieving rates are not payable where the non-bargaining unit position is vacant. An employee shall be designated to relieve the aforesaid positions only where the aforesaid positions are vacant due to vacations, sick leave or leaves of absence.
