Out of Scope Relieving Rate. An employee required to temporarily relieve in a position out of the scope of this Agreement for more than three (3) working days shall receive a minimum of one dollar and fifty ($1.50) cents per hour in addition to the employee's regular hourly rate of pay, for all time so employed.

Out of Scope Relieving Rate. An employee assigned to temporarily relieve in a position which is out of the scope of this Agreement, for a period of one (1) day or more shall receive one ($1.00) dollar per hour in addition to their hourly rate of pay. In the event of an employee's rendering temporary service in a classification in which the rate is lower than has been received by them, their regular rate shall not be reduced. Relief premiums noted above are not paid for the Manager’s regular days off.
