Common use of Remedy sought Clause in Contracts

Remedy sought. 13 The immediate supervisor shall inform the employee and the union in writing of the disposition 14 of the grievance within ten (10) workdays of the presentation of the grievance. 16 If an agreeable disposition has been made, the aggrieved party shall terminate the grievance in 17 writing within ten (10) workdays.
