Common use of Remittance of Contributions Clause in Contracts

Remittance of Contributions. All Employer and employee required contributions payable in respect of any pay periods ending in a calendar month shall be paid no later than ten (10) calendar days after the end of the month in respect of which the contributions are applicable.
