Remote Play!. Remote play allows players to play from their home bar against other players or teams over the internet. The two players can be on opposite sides of the Earth and still play against each other. The Galaxy 3 has a camera in the upper left hand side of the top cabinet (as you are looking at it) and a camera hid- den in the marquee. The upper left hand camera is angled toward to the dart face so that the other player can see every dart hit. The camera in the marquee is pointed toward the player. An operator needs to have an active LeagueLeader account for this to work and the Galaxy 3 needs to be configured properly with LeagueLeader (see Section 6.1 for board side setup). If this location has multiple Galaxy 3’s you will need to activate the option on all of them. 5. Click on the check box next to Remote Play. 6. Click OK when finished. LeagueLeader needs to communicate properly with the Galaxy 3 before you can use remote play.   • Remote Access Access to and use of the Data over the State Governmental Network (SGN) or Secure Access Washington (SAW) will be controlled by DSHS staff who will issue authentication credentials (e.g. a Unique User ID and Hardened Password) to Authorized Users on Contractor’s staff. Contractor will notify DSHS staff immediately whenever an Authorized User in possession of such credentials is terminated or otherwise leaves the employ of the Contractor, and whenever an Authorized User’s duties change such that the Authorized User no longer requires access to perform work for this Contract.

  • Remote Work Buyer agrees that Honeywell may provide some or all of the Services remotely using an internet connection and may install additional software and related communication and/or diagnostic devices on Buyer's applicable systems (the “Systems”) to enable such connection and/or remote work. Xxxxx agrees to fully cooperate with Honeywell’s installation and commissioning of such software and devices on the Systems.   • Remote Terminal Unit Prior to the Initial Synchronization Date of the Large Generating Facility, a Remote Terminal Unit, or equivalent data collection and transfer equipment acceptable to the Parties, shall be installed by Developer, or by Connecting Transmission Owner at Developer’s expense, to gather accumulated and instantaneous data to be telemetered to the location(s) designated by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO through use of a dedicated point-to-point data circuit(s) as indicated in Article 8. 1. The communication protocol for the data circuit(s) shall be specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Instantaneous bi-directional analog real power and reactive power flow information must be telemetered directly to the location(s) specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Each Party will promptly advise the appropriate other Party if it detects or otherwise learns of any metering, telemetry or communications equipment errors or malfunctions that require the attention and/or correction by that other Party. The Party owning such equipment shall correct such error or malfunction as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • Calls (a) The Chargor must pay all calls or other payments due and payable in respect of any Investment. (b) If the Chargor fails to do so, the Agent may pay the calls or other payments on behalf of the Chargor. The Chargor must immediately on request reimburse the Agent for any payment made by the Agent under this Subclause.

  • Investor Communications If the Administrator receives, during any Collection Period, a request from a Noteholder or Verified Note Owner to communicate with other Noteholders and Note Owners regarding the exercise of rights under the terms of the Basic Documents, the Administrator will include in the Form 10-D for the such Collection Period the following information, to the extent provided by the Noteholder or Verified Note Owner in its request: (i) the name of the Noteholder or Verified Note Owner making the request, (ii) the date the request was received; (iii) a statement that the Administrator has received the request from that Noteholder or Verified Note Owner that it is interested in communicating with other Noteholders and Note Owners with regard to the possible exercise of rights under the Basic Documents; and (iv) a description of the method other Noteholders and Note Owners may use to contact the requesting Noteholder or Verified Note Owner. The Administrator is not required to include any additional information regarding the Noteholder or Verified Note Owner and its request in the Form 10-D, and is required to disclose a Noteholder’s or a Verified Note Owner’s request only where the communication relates to the exercise by a Noteholder or Verified Note Owner of its rights under the Basic Documents. The Administrator will be responsible for the expenses of administering the investor communications provisions set forth in this Section 23(b), which will be compensated by means of the fee payable to it by the Servicer, as described in Section 3.
