REMOVAL OF FURNISHINGS. College Village property may not be removed from any apartment building or Unit contained therein. Damages to any apartment building or Unit contained therein or the contents thereof will be assessed to the students licensing the Unit therein for actual labor plus material costs. Students licensing Units within an apartment building will also be charged for missing room furniture, screens, windows, etc., and disciplinary action will be taken. All damage/labor costs will be reflected on student account xxxxxxxx. No furnishings or other movable property belonging to College Village, including fixtures, furniture, and equipment may be moved within or taken from its intended location unless permission has been granted in writing by the director of College Village.
REMOVAL OF FURNISHINGS. Upon termination of this Agreement, Provider must remove all of its furnishings and trade fixtures and restore all damage resulting from such removal. Failure to remove shall be an abandonment of the furnishings and fixtures, and City may dispose of it in any manner without liability.

DECORATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS Students may not make any permanent structural changes in their rooms. This includes wallpapering and paneling. No poster, sign, etc. may be hung on windows. Residents must use blue painting tape or approved adhesive products rather than scotch tape, glued picture hooks, or nails to fasten pictures and posters to the walls. Cleveland Institute of Art Residence Hall Contract GUESTS Students may have an overnight guest for not more than three consecutive nights if the presence of a guest does not constitute an inconvenience for the roommate(s) or otherwise interfere with residence hall life. Guests are expected to observe all Institute rules and regulations. Students are responsible for the behavior of guests and for any damage done by their guest.
