Remuneration for Owner Operator Specified Leave Entitlement. (a) It is agreed Specified Leave pay (Stat Holidays) as defined in Part III of the Code, shall and has been included in the gross settlements paid to the owner operators.

Remuneration for Owner Operator Specified Leave Entitlement. Owner Operators shall receive payment calculated on the basis of the minimum hourly wage (as updated from time to time) multiplied by (9), or 60% of the minimum expectancy benchmark. Whichever is greater. (Example: Oct 1/2012 minimum wage rate of $10.25 / hour X 9 hours = $92.25). It is agreed that this amount is universal for all Owner Operators. OR (Example: cars = $120.75 X 60% = $72.45) Example above results in $92.25 paid to the Owner Operator.

  • PROJECT REPRESENTATION BEYOND BASIC SERVICES 1.2.1. The State may at its option secure the services of a person or persons known as a Clerk-of-the-Works, referred to herein as a "Clerk".
